114 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentSeveral elements popped out during a tour of the reconstructed headquarters of the Greater Des Moines Partnership. The design by Slingshot Architecture used accents of Iowa hickory wood, the red that permeates the Partnership’s new branding materials and even the concrete base of the Partnership Building. Before there was a finished product, Nelson Construction & Development had to put all of the pieces together as the general contractor on the project. The Partnership Building at 700 Locust St. is owned by Lawmark Capital. Watch the work in progress in a video produced by Studio Iowa. |
