Orchestrate LLC, a West Des Moines applications, services and support firm serving financial services companies on Salesforce.com, has agreed to acquire Sagacious Inc., also a West Des Moines firm. As part of the transaction, Sagacious’ client relationships and intellectual property will transfer to Orchestrate and Sayer Martin, president of Sagacious, will join Orchestrate as chief operating officer and co-chief technology officer. Bringing the two firms together “solidifies our market position as a leading application and professional services company for financial services firms who want to maximize their use of the Salesforce.com platform,” said Josh Van Heukelom, Orchestrate’s president and chief technology officer.
