Iowa Women’s Foundation to unveil third edition of ‘Ovation’
The third edition of “Ovation: A Tribute to Iowa Women and Girls” will be unveiled at a special reception on May 9 at the Hotel Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids. Ovation is the signature annual publication of the Iowa Women’s Foundation and features personal tributes to women and girls from around the state, sponsored by family members, friends, colleagues and community members who value the impact of the profiled woman or girl. The publication also helps the organization accomplish its mission of improving the lives of Iowa’s women and girls. The event will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.
