Des Moines-based startup Workhound has joined a three-month accelerator program in Chattanooga, Tenn. The program, called Dynamo, specializes in logistics, transportation, and supply chain startups. Workhound, which has developed a software platform to help trucking companies improve driver satisfaction and retain drivers, is one of 10 logistics-focused companies from around the world invited to the program, Workhound co-founder Max Farrell said in a blog post. The managing directors of Dynamo built Access America Transport, which was acquired by Coyote Logistics, and since the sale of their company have made more than 20 investments in high-growth startups.
