Beal | Derkenne named a top builder of student housing
Des Moines-based Beal | Derkenne Construction has been ranked No. 13 among the top 20 contractors in the college housing market by Student Housing Business, an industry publication. The rankings are based on the number of beds constructed. According the publication, Beale | Derkenne has completed 1,757 beds in the Midwest and Southwest, with the largest project a $44 million, 573-bed, 431,093-square-foot development near the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.
