Greater Des Moines house prices increased 5.3 percent in July, a 0.6 percent increase from a year ago, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said in a release.

Greater Des Moines house prices increased 5.3 percent in July, a 0.6 percent increase from a year ago, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said in a release. Nationally, prices rose 6 percent last month, a 1.1 percent increase from July 2015. CoreLogic predicts that house prices will gain another 5.4 percent over the next year.
