59 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentEdward Rose Millennial Development LLC of Kalamazoo, Mich., has proposed a 522-unit, 15-building apartment complex at the undeveloped southeast corner of Stagecoach Drive and South Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines. Plans for the 35.6-acre site, which include a clubhouse, are working through city approvals. It would be one of the largest apartment complexes in Greater Des Moines.
