Hubbell Realty Co. this month will begin building Siena Hills in Ankeny on 13 acres west of South Ankeny Boulevard on Southwest Ankeny Road.

Hubbell Realty Co. this month will begin building Siena Hills in Ankeny on 13 acres west of South Ankeny Boulevard on Southwest Ankeny Road. The development will include single-family living options, as well as an Edencrest assisted living and memory care community. The project will include 22 single-family homes, 14 townhomes and a 44-unit Edencrest.
