Community Connect accepting applications
Community Connect is accepting applications for its next mentoring session, which begins in February. The five-session program takes place in a small-group setting, allowing interaction with each participating community leader and with other participants. The program began in 2012 as part of the Capital Crossroads vision plan. Mentors for the next program will be announced early next year. An information session is set for 5:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 17 at the Greater Des Moines Partnership. For more information and an application,click here.
