MorningStar Senior Living and Confluent Development of Denver have broken ground on a new senior living community at 60th Street and Village View Drive in West Des Moines. Construction on MorningStar Senior Living is expected to be completed in November 2017, with an information center on site in March. The 71,643-square-foot development will feature 56 suites for assisted living and 29 suites devoted to the individualized care of those with memory impairment, according to a release. The site was purchased for $1.09 million in October from Todd and Constance Rueter, according to Dallas County land records.
