Opus Development Corp. announced the closing of two loans with TCF Bank totaling more than $32 million. One of the loans, worth $11.5 million, will fund a project for a 300,000-square-foot industrial facility for a company in Des Moines.

One of the loans, worth $11.5 million, will fund a project for a 300,000-square-foot industrial facility for a company in Des Moines. An Opus spokesperson wouldn’t disclose which company was building the facility, but said it was a Fortune 100 member.
