Local attorney elected to ABA executive committee
Attorney Jim Hanks, shareholder with Ahlers & Cooney law firm, was recently elected as an officer for the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of State and Local Government Law.
He joins the section’s executive committee as its secretary, and will serve as section chair in three years. Hanks has been a member of the ABA for 35 years.
