Meta Financial Group board of directors announces changes
Chairman James Haahr will retire Sept. 30 from the boards of directors of Meta Financial Group Inc. and MetaBank, which is a company subsidiary.
On Oct. 1, J. Tyler Haahr, president and CEO, will start his post as chairman of the two boards. Additionally, E. Thurman Gaskill will serve as vice chairman and lead director, and Troy Moore III will serve as a member on the two boards.
