Hubbell to expand conservation community
Hubbell Realty Co. has broken ground on the second phase of the Crosshaven conservation community in Johnston.
The second phase consists of 28 lots and is adjacent to a future elementary school, and is scheduled to be finished by late fall.
Crosshaven is classified as a conservation community with native prairie, walking trails and open green spaces. All but four of the 34 lots in the initial phase of Crosshaven have been sold.
