Business Council announces 2012 leaders
The Iowa Business Council has elected its leadership for 2012. Stan Askren, chairman, president and CEO of HNI Corp. in Muscatine, will serve as the council’s chairman. Larry Zimpleman, president and CEO of Principal Financial Group Inc., was elected vice chair. John Sorensen, president and CEO of the Iowa Bankers Association, was re-elected as treasurer.
