Lunch Unplugged takes stage Friday 

Co’Motion Dance Theatre will perform Friday from noon to 1 p.m. during Lunch Unplugged at the Temple Theatre in downtown Des Moines. The Ames-based modern dance company led by Artistic Director Valerie Williams has toured throughout the Upper Midwest, from Ohio to Montana. Tickets are $8 and can be bundled with a boxed lunch from South Union Bread Café for an additional $7.
