A study published in the latest edition of the Journal of Healthcare Management recognized John Stoddard Cancer Center as one of the best health-care facilities for website content. Stoddard ranked seventh out of more than 4,000 websites that were analyzed. The study assessed hospital websites based on four key criteria: accessibility, content, marketing and technology. Stoddard’s website received a score of 8.5 out of 10 in the content scale category. According to the journal, the study was conducted in recognition of the need for effective websites within the health-care industry.
