Principal’s Christman to chair American Bankers Association panel
Barrie Christman, chairman of Principal Bank, has been elected to chair the American Bankers Association’s Government Relations Council.
The council plays a role in developing legislative priorities for the association. Christman started at Principal Financial Group Inc. in 2001 as president and CEO of Principal Bank, and she has worked in the banking industry for more than 35 years.
