Matthew Bucksbaum, one of the co-founders of General Growth Properties Inc., the developers of Jordan Creek Town Center, resigned Thursday as a board member of the company after 54 years as a director. Bucksbaum’s resignation from the board reduces its size to nine members. It will be up to the nominating and governance committee to decide whether to replace him.

Go Daddy Group Inc. is pitching in support for victims of the Iowa flooding with a $100,000 donation to the Cedar Rapids Salvation Army. Sauer-Danfoss Inc. said its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 18 cents per share. The company, which makes hydraulic, electric and electronic systems and components, said the dividend is payable July 15 to shareholders of record June 27.

Cheryl Achterberg, former dean of the College of Human Sciences at Iowa State University, has left ISU to accept a position at Ohio State University. Achterberg will lead Ohio State’s College of Education and Human Ecology with a starting salary of $245,000.
