Boeing Co. today announced it won a contract valued at $4.3 billion for 191 CH-47F Chinook helicopters, as well as options for 24 additional twin-rotor Chinooks in the future. The deal includes a five-year procurement agreement for 181 aircraft, valued at $3.6 billion, as well an initial $217 million for 10 more helicopters.
EMC Insurance Group Inc.’s board of directors yesterday declared a quarterly dividend of 18 cents per share, payable Sept. 16 to shareholders of record Sept. 9. This is the 107th consecutive quarterly dividend since EMC became a publicly held company in February 1982.
Iowa Community Development LC and U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corp., along with U.S. Bank’s commercial lending group, closed a $5.75 million transaction with Cambridge Investment Group Inc. yesterday. The transaction will allow Cambridge Investment Research Inc. to expand its headquarters in Southeast Iowa.

Meta Financial Group Inc.’s board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share. The bank holding company said the dividend is payable Oct. 1 to shareholders of record Sept. 15.
Principal Financial Group Inc.’s board of directors today declared a dividend of $1.39 per share on its 5.563 percent Series A non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock and a dividend of approximately 41 cents per share on its 6.518 percent series B non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock>/b>. The dividends are payable Sept. 30 to stockholders of record Sept.11.
