Westgate Partnership LLC, the investment group that owns the Chamberlain Building at 1312 Locust St. and the former Kruidenier Cadillac building at 1408 Locust St., has purchased a semi-improved parcel at 1314 Walnut St. Iowa Sen. Jack Hatch, managing partner of Westgate Partnership, said the property will be used to accommodate the parking needs of the Flynn Wright advertising agency, which plans to relocate to 1408 Locust. He said a total of about 60 parking stalls among the three properties will be provided for use by Flynn Wright. Westgate paid $385,000 for the Walnut Street property, according to the Polk County assessor’s website. The sale closed on May 23. The seller was Hunter Habitat Co. Inc.
