Rod and Custom Nationals should provide economic boost
The Goodguys 20th Heartland Rod and Custom Nationals will be at the Iowa State Fairgrounds this weekend, and is expected to bring in big money to the area.
The Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau estimated that the event will create at least $2 million in economic impact. The event takes place from Friday through Sunday.
