Developer Randal Walters has filed for bankruptcy court protection from his creditors. Walters, whose recent bid to reorganize the finances of a real estate development and management company under Chapter 11 of U.S. Bankruptcy Caw was dismissed by a federal judge, claimed assets of between $1 million and $10 million and between $10 million and $50 million in business-related debts. A detailed accounting of his finances was not included in the Chapter 7 petition, which was filed June 29.
