Partnership to take group on Brazil business mission
The Greater Des Moines Partnership and the Ames Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corp. announced yesterday that they will lead a business mission trip to Brazil from Oct. 2-9.
The groups will explore new business opportunities in the country by meeting with Brazilian business leaders, U.S. Consulate staff and Iowa companies that have offices and staff working in the country.
“Developing stronger business relationships in Brazil is critical, as it is one of the fastest-growing major economies in the world,” said Martha Willits, president and CEO of the Partnership, in a press release.
The Partnership will release more information on a later date.
