Miller the Driller bankruptcy challenged
A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday in federal bankruptcy court in Des Moines to determine whether to dismiss the reorganization efforts of Gene Miller Co., better known as Miller the Driller. Valley Bank and the U.S. trustee’s office have filed motions saying that the Pleasant Hill company has little chance of surviving a financial reorganization.
