Green-minded developer to speak out of state
Developer Chaden Halfhill has been slated to speak at the Better Buildings: Better Business Conference in Wisconsin Dells, Wis., on March 3. Halfhill, who has plans to convert the former H&H Grocery Store in Sherman Hill into a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-certified model for sustainable redevelopment, will present his vision for the project. The three-day conference is intended to cover technical strategies for building and remodeling homes to be energy efficient.
