Internet Solver Inc., an Urbandale-based technology company, has acquired the assets of SimplicIT, a West Des Moines technology consulting firm. The acquisition will enable SimplicIT clients to simplify their information technology management by consolidating their services with a single partner, the companies said in a press release. Internet Solver provides strategic information technology consulting, Internet, telephone and cellular services. SimplicIT, formerly Meyer Technology Group, was founded in April 2007. The combined company will employ 15 people, and employment should either remain steady or increase with the acquisition, a spokesperson said.
