Global Imaging acquires Midwest Business Solutions
Global Imaging Systems, a Xerox Corp. company, announced yesterday that it has acquired Des Moines-based Midwest Business Solutions Inc. Midwest Business Solutions was founded in 2002 by owner Randy Forburger, who will remain with the company.
The company is an independent distributor of copiers, printers and multifunction systems, and will immediately begin offering Xerox office products, according to a press release. Global Imaging last month acquired Premier Office Equipment Inc. in Marshalltown.
