Winnebago chairman receives $790,000 in 2011 compensation
On Oct. 25, Winnebago Industries Inc. filed a proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in preparation for the annual shareholders’ meeting on Dec. 13. The Forest City-based maker of recreational vehicles included these details on compensation for its officers and members of the board of directors for fiscal year 2011, which ended Aug. 27.
