CDS acquires PayDQ
CDS Global Inc. said it has acquired Council Bluffs-based PayDQ, a provider of electronic bill presentment and payment sservices. PayDQ serves clients in the utility, insurance, cable/telecommunications, finance and retail industries. CDS Global has its corporate headquarters in Des Moines. It is a subsidiary of Hearst Corp.
