The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) has hired Claire Celsi to be its director of marketing and community partnerships. DART created the position in part to help communicate its DART Forward 2035 plan to the public, to help build partnerships in the community and to raise brand awareness, a spokesman said. Celsi was most recently the principal and owner at The Public Relations Project LLC, and has worked as a communications consultant for Avivia USA, an account supervisor for Integer Group Midwest and was an adjunct professor at Drake University.
