Principal Real Estate Investors has partnered with Trammell Crow Co. for a 19-acre office development in Houston’s Energy Corridor, FuelFix.com reported. A $150 million, 20-story tower and nine-level parking garage are expected to break ground this fall, according to the report. The tower, the first phase of the project, is being built on a spec basis. The companies bought the land from the Texas General Land Office for $27.6 million, FuelFix.com reported. Trammell Crow is a real estate development and investment firm. This is the fifth Class A office project it has developed in Houston with Principal Real Estate Investors, according to the company’s website.
