KIOA introduces summer concert event
KIOA radio announced plans for Party in the Park, a new summer concert event to be held at Water Works Park on July 29. Headlining the Sunday concert will be Joan Jett and the Blackhearts and KC and the Sunshine Band. Other acts performing will be The Spinners, Dr. Hook, Pablo Cruise and Chuck Negron, former lead singer for Three Dog Night. General admission tickets go on sale May 11 for $33; reduced-price tickets of $25 will be available to members of the KIOA Email Club beginning Friday. Tickets will be available at www.KIOA.com
