Minneapolis company acquires apartment complexes
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based apartment development and management company, said it has acquired the Fenway Manor and Southridge affordable housing complexes in Des Moines. The company said in a news release that it plans improvements for both complexes. Fenway Manor is located at 1640 E. Hull Ave. and Southridge is at 1264 Cummins Road.
