Survey: DART customers satisfied with bus service
More than 90 percent of the Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) found the service to be “extremely valuable” or “very valuable,” and more than 90 percent said they plan to continue using the service next year, according to a DART rider survey. The survey was given to a random sample of 708 riders on the local, shuttle and express routes, 57 percent of whom indicated they had been riding DART for at least two years.
