Fairfield Inn planned in Urbandale
Fairfield Inns and Suites is building a new hotel in Urbandale. The hotel will be at 8661 Plum Drive, just off the 86th Street interchange of Interstate Highway 35/80. The Urbandale City Council approved a site plan on Aug. 21 for the four-story hotel with 82 guest rooms, an indoor pool and an exercise room.
