Nollen Plaza designer to hold public meeting
Landscape architect Ken Smith, who is redesigning Nollen Plaza, will share updated plans and take feedback at a public meeting on Thursday.
Smith will give a presentation at 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines’ Stoner Theater. Smith has been revising the initial concepts that came out of a 2008 planning process.
