MidAmerican ranks at top in customer satisfaction study
MidAmerican Energy Co. ranked highest in the Midwest region for overall customer satisfaction among midsize businesses, according to J.D. Power and Associates’ 2011 Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study.
The study evaluated more than 90 utilities on the basis of power quality and reliability, billing and payment, corporate citizenship, price, communications and customer service. MidAmerican’s score of 706 tied it for first overall.
