Rehabbers Club to launch home remodel series
The Des Moines Rehabbers Club is launching “Renovation Boot Camp,” an eight-session seminar series designed to give homeowners the advice, encouragement and resources they need to successfully complete a home makeover project. The classes, which will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on Mondays at Smokey Row, 1910 Cottage Grove Ave., cost $8 each or $45 for the entire series. Project financing, design issues and energy efficiency will be among the topics covered. The first session will take place on March 21. For more information, click here.
