DART manager to talk at ICREA meeting
On March 3, the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association will hold its monthly breakfast meeting at the Sonoma Building, 1089 Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines. Brad Miller, general manager of the Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority, will present plans for the new $21 million downtown Des Moines transit hub, as well as the agency’s service expansion plans. The meeting, which costs $10 and includes a hot buffet breakfast, is open to anyone with an interest in commercial real estate. To register, e-mail seclark@ccim.net.
