Williams purchases Doextra Corp.
Doextra Corp. President Brad Williams has acquired the company from its founder, Sunnie Richer.
Doextra provides customer relationship management (CRM) software and services to ConAgra Foods Inc., Marsh Inc., Farm Bureau Financial Services, John Deere Insurance and other companies in the Midwest.
Richer started the business in 1997. She will remain with the company as chairwoman and consultant, Doextra said in a news release.
