Leach to speak at ICREA breakfast
Tim Leach, director of economic development at the Des Moines Downtown Community Alliance, plans to discuss future plans and initiatives for the area during the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association’s monthly breakfast at the Des Moines Golf and County Club, 1600 Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines. The meeting, which is open to anyone with an interest in commercial real estate, costs $10 and includes a hot buffet breakfast. It is scheduled to begin at 7:15 a.m. Thursday.
