Job seekers sought for West Des Moines expo
Nearly 50 companies are expected to attend the West Des Moines Jobs Expo scheduled to take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 16. Sponsored by the West Des Moines Development Connection and Iowa Workforce Development, the expo will provide an opportunity for employers and job-seekers to meet and to participate in on-site professional development seminars. Job seekers aren’t required to register for the free event, which is expected to attract companies such as Des Moines Area Community College, Hy-Vee Inc. and Microsoft Corp.
