Polk County assessor to speak at ICREA meeting
Representatives of the Polk County assessor’s office will give an overview of the agency’s recently upgraded website during the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association’s monthly meeting on May 5. Randy Ripperger, chief deputy assessor, and LaRayne Riccadonna, a database specialist, are scheduled to present at 7:15 a.m. at Des Moines Golf and Country Club, 1600 Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines.
