The Urbandale Development Association has announced the election of its 2011 board of directors. Deb Calvert of MidAmerican Energy Co., Ron Cross of The Cross Corp., Kim Dreher of Knapp Properties Inc., Barry Edwards of Wells Fargo & Co., Kyle Gamble of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, Bill Kusy of Iowa Commercial Mortgage Inc. and Don Brush will each serve one-year terms. The association’s elected officers include its president, Dave Hansen of Signature Real Estate Services Inc., and its vice president, Mark Anderson of Anderson Properties Inc. John Pittman of Pittman & Co. LLP will serve as secretary-treasurer. The immediate past-president is Tom Rupprecht of R&R Realty Group. The board was installed last December.
