Meta reports second-quarter earnings
Meta Financial Group Inc. reported net income of $2.7 million in its second quarter, which ended March 31, compared with $5.2 million for the prior year.
Earnings were substantially higher than the $0.7 million first-quarter earnings. Net income for the six months ended March 31 was $3.5 million, compared with $6.4 million in the same period a year earlier.
