Principal, Wells Fargo win Department of Defense award
Principal Financial Group Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co. are among the 15 recipients of the 2011 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award.
The award is given by Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Defense Department agency, and is the agency’s highest recognition given to employers for their support of employees serving in the National Guard and Reserve.
The 15 award winners were narrowed down from a list of 4,049 nominations submitted by Guard and Reserve service or their families.
