Suku Radia, president and CEO of Bankers Trust Co., is among six people elected to lifetime positions with the Iowa State University Foundation, which provides volunteer and financial support to the university. Also elected governors are Diane Patton of Rockwell City, John Thomson of Kelley, Dee Vandeventer of Cedar Falls, Julie Blake of Eden Prairie, Minn., and Larry Pithan of Rock Island, Ill. Each person is an Iowa State graduate. The governors meet semiannually and many serve on a standing committee, including audit, awards, governance, communications, finance and investment.
