Radia to lead 2011 Walk to Defeat ALS
Suku Radia, president and CEO of Bankers Trust Co., will serve as the corporate chair for the 2011 Walk to Defeat ALS. He succeeds Ric Jurgens, CEO of Hy-Vee Inc., as chair of the event, which last year raised nearly $360,000 to help Iowans with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, better known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. Bankers Trust is the presenting partner for the 2011 walk, which will be held Oct. 8 at Principal Park.
