Jennifer Espeland, selling manager with Regus Management Group, was named General Manager of the Year by her employer. Espeland, who runs Regus’ office at West Glen Town Center in West Des Moines, was recognized for her contributions to the profitability, occupancy rates and tenant renewals of the Regus offices, virtual offices and meeting rooms that she manages in the company’s Americas Region. Regus has 1,100 locations, including nearly 700 centers in Canada, South America and the United States.
